I can't translate this one. It's a silly wordplay on the Dutch names of Chip & Dale.

In Belgium police officers on motorcycles are called "zwaantjes", or in English "swans". But they're a dying breed. Hence the cartoon.

In Dutch, pacing up and down is called "ijsberen" or in English "polar bearing". It's ironic that in his final moments Knut was doing that very thing. There's a video on youtube showing this but i wouldn't recommend it.

I don't know how to translate this... It leans heavily on a Dutch expression. I don't know of a similar expression exists in English.
